ConversationAssignedEvent(conversation.assigned)

Opt-in conversation transition. Staged in the same transaction as the write, delivered by the existing recovery worker (about one minute). No event for unchanged values; rollback discards it. Assignment can occur on creation; initial status alone is not a status transition. Delivery is at-least-once and not ordered: deduplicate by id and fetch the conversation when reconciling state. A webhook staging failure is isolated in a savepoint and logged, matching CRM semantics.
