MessageStatusUpdatedData

Emitted both for provider status callbacks on any outbound message and for messages sent through POST /messages. provider_message_id is present on the provider callback; operation_uuid and conversation_uuid are present when the message originated from the public API. error is present only when status is failed: the provider's reason (e.g. Meta 131042 when the WhatsApp Business Account has no payment method), or null when the provider gave none.
